Foz do Iguaçu is the fourth largest city of Panama state and the eleventh largest of southern Brazil. The city is an amazing destination for any traveler looking for an unforgettable time in a sub tropical environment!

Foz do Iguaçu is one of the most happening places in Brazil. It is one of the most visited by tourists, and home to some of the coolest sites around. One sight that anyone visiting the area would be crazy to miss is the famous Iguassu Falls. With a flow as massive as three Niagara Falls, the scene is truly breathtaking. The tallest of the falls, known as “Garganta do Diabo", measures 318 feet high!

Parque Nacional do Iguaçu, or Iguazu National Park, is a destination no nature-loving traveller will want to pass up. You can stroll through acres of tropical forest, snapping shots of wild birds and animals native to the area. You can explore the park on foot or by guided tour in a safari-truck. This may be a better option for the kids. However, it goes without saying that anyone adventurous enough to hike it alone is bound to witness some truly amazing scenery and places you’d never see from the road.

Muslim? Don’t forget to stop by the Omar Ibn Al-Khattab mosque. It’s the largest one outside of the Middle East. As beautiful as it is big, the mosque will provide not only a wonderful place to worship, but also an amazing piece of architecture erected on faith and creativity.

The climate of Foz do Iguaçu is sub-tropical, with two distinctive seasons. One is mainly humid and hot through the summer months. The other is generally cool and dry throughout the winter months. The city's average annual temperature is around 74.8°F, but can reach as high as 117°F in the summer months, or as low as 23°F in the winter.

Generally speaking, the city is very sunny all year round, but rain is a common occurrence during the spring and in the summer months. To be safe, pack for warm weather but but bring a few outfits for the possibility of chilly weather.
